Customer Support Advisor

Location: Southend-On-Sea
Salary: £11,750 plus shift allowance, excellent holiday entitlement and pension scheme plus other benefits.

We have 7 vacancies at present for Customer Support Advisors based in Southend-on-sea. The client we are recruiting for is a large UK telecommunications and internet company who pride themselves on providing first rate customer service to all of there customers.

Role
- Taking in-bound calls from existing customers and providing technical support
- Strong focus on providing first rate customer service
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems in the shortest time possible
- Logging calls on the in-house computer system

Person
- Min 1 year in a similar role/working environment
- Must be an excellent communicator who has a clear and confident telephone manner
- Good computer skills – email and all Microsoft packages
- Accurate in work and pays good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft windows
- Must have I.T. Knowledge of at least one of the following: Windows 98/ME/XP/2000, MAC OS 8* 9* 10*, Datacoms
- Enthusiastic
