Firstly, its not legal. It is illegal but yes it does happen
Usually every saturday just gone midnight some parts of southend, basildon, canvey island, rochford and becton are flooded with modified cars. This is an event that evolves street racing, drifting. ect. There is no offical website but flyers are put up around these areas for the "meets" and just ask anyone with a modified car in your arear.
